Three cheers for PATNI
I believe in Strong work ethics. You need to do intelligent hard work. My belief has been made stronger by my organization. I received a 50+% hike from PATNI. My Indian salary stands equivalent to a 3 yr experience resource in PATNI. My salary has doubled in 2 year. Not bad! Ah!
I am more than happy not because I am gonna get a lot of money but b'coz the efforts have been recognized. Man, you can raise salary standards in any organization if you are good enough.
3 cheers for PATNI b'coz it was ready to give me that chance 2 years ago which everyone denied to prove myself in my own eyes.

good to see you that you r a happy man . Ask the reality who face it.But if you want to get the good way to understand the stuff in PATNI , do Try to understand BUDDHA.He will answer all your queries. I know you may or may not understand , because we do not know how to play the things ( blank ).Anyway Congrats!! And keep it up till you enjoy here...there is lot to write , but i dont want to waste my words and my thinking.

Was jus going through your blog...
It is good that you are happy because your work is recognised...and ofcourse money.
Also...look back you have advertised your self well for the same...
and as per hours of discussions there more than money it is all about how people enjoy their work and the way a work culture should be built where people are happy.
With this high salary also i could find people in the generation next are less satified and more confused than the traditional old people who had earn half the same...
Now how i know they were happy...I had taken pain to talk ...and half from my observation from my family...and around.
There is something wrong with all this..
I don't know what...The 60 from our computer engg batch...i had talked to almost half distributed over all sectors..
The most satisfied one was who was in the army....No wonder...
